Laura Bennett

Laura Bennett serves as the Global Head of HR M&A at IFS since February 2021, and previously held the position of Human Resources Director for the UK & Ireland. Prior experience includes serving as Senior People Business Partner at Three UK, where responsibilities included driving workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management for a sizable population. Laura's earlier career includes significant HR roles at Stanley Black & Decker, where various positions encompassed leadership in global HR technology and organizational effectiveness across Europe, as well as managing compensation and benefits. Additional HR experience includes roles at Tektronix, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and Compuware. Laura holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University.
