Lisa Flannery

Lisa Flannery is a seasoned professional with expertise in learning management and human resources information systems. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Management Specialist at IFS since December 2021 and a Senior HRIS Analyst at P2 Energy Solutions since March 2018, Lisa has played a vital role in leading the Talent Management process within Cornerstone On Demand for a major lumber industry leader. Previous experience includes positions at Builders FirstSource as an HR Systems Administrator and at ProBuild as a Talent Management Analyst, where Lisa developed talent management solutions and analyzed performance data. With a strong background in instructional design, Lisa has created various training programs while working for notable companies such as Accenture, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, and Navigant International. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Training from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree in E-Business from the University of Phoenix.
