Muditha Hettiarachchi has extensive experience in operations and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Success Delivery at IFS since September 2014. Key roles include Trainer and Mentor, Principal Service Delivery Manager, and Software Engineer, with responsibilities that encompass technical project management, resource planning, and customer engagement across various industries, particularly in Oil and Gas Maritime and Retail. Muditha has conducted numerous training sessions for esteemed partners like Tech Mahindra and Accenture. Muditha's technical expertise includes proficiency in PlSql, C#/.net, and Java, alongside a strong focus on IFS Application developments and upgrades. Prior experience includes significant contributions to AIESEC in various leadership capacities. Muditha holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Software Engineering from the University of Westminster and the Informatics Institute of Technology.
