Nathan Sheppard is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in management and strategic leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Account Escalations and Senior Director of Business Critical Escalations at IFS since September 2022, Nathan previously held multiple senior roles at ProCam Europe from December 2015 to September 2022, including Group IT Director, where responsibilities encompassed the development of IT strategy across more than 50 sites in the UK and Poland.
