Ryan Gatto

Ryan Gatto serves as Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel at IFS since 2019, and also acts as Corporate Secretary and Member of the Board of Advisors at IFS Foundation since 2020. Previously, Ryan held the position of Of Counsel at Moriconi Flowers Ltd. from 2019 to 2022, and served as Counsel - Director of Legal at Allied Universal from 2016 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing M&A integrations and overseeing transactional agreements. Ryan's legal career began as Attorney Director of Legal - Compliance at Sungard Availability Services from 2014 to 2015, and as a Senior Associate at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney from 2010 to 2014, advising clients in various industries. Additionally, Ryan worked as a Complex Litigation Judicial Clerk for the Court of Common Pleas for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2010 and volunteered with AmeriCorps as a teacher in 2003-2004. Ryan began military service as a Midshipman in the US Navy from 1999 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Honors History from the United States Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law.
