Stephen Chow

Stephen Chow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program delivery and project management within the Aerospace & Defense sectors and professional services. Currently serving as the Director of Aerospace & Defense at IFS since March 2008, Stephen oversees program delivery across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful technology transformations. Previously, as the Director of Professional Services for the same regions, Stephen built high-performing project teams and collaborated on SaaS product rollouts. Prior experience includes a role as Country Service Line Lead at Deloitte Consulting, where strategic implementation of Microsoft CRM was guided for clients. Stephen began a career as a Consultant at Corporate Renaissance Group, focusing on financial management systems. Stephen holds a Master of Management Studies in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Information Systems, both from Carleton University.
