Steve Bernier

Steve Bernier currently serves as Customer Director and Customer Success Manager at IFS North America since October 2023, where responsibilities include acting as a Customer Success manager for customers and partners and serving as a sponsor for the established install base. Previously, Steve worked at IFS North America from July 1997 to January 2020, holding the roles of Customer Support Manager and Senior Application Support Analyst, managing a team of support analysts and guiding daily support activities. Prior experience includes being a Customer Support/Field Engineer at EPLAN from September 1992 to July 1997, focusing on the support and installation of electrical controls design software. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and an AAS in Electronic Technology from Waukesha County Technical College, along with studies at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
