Thamindu Wickramasinghe is a Software Engineer at IFS, having joined the BMRA group in August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Trainee Software Engineer at Aeturnum from July 2019 to July 2020. Engagement in the IEEE community includes roles as Brand Ambassador from January 2019 to January 2020, Chairperson of the IEEE Student Branch of IIT from September 2018 to October 2019, and membership in the Finance Committee for IEEE Innovation Nation Sri Lanka from January 2018 to February 2019, where significant contributions were made to entrepreneurial initiatives. Additionally, Thamindu worked as Finance Team Lead for IEEE SL Inspire and as part of the finance team for IEEE Techno Meetup, both during 2018-2019. Thamindu also served as an IEEE PES HAC Ambassador in 2018. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Software Engineering from the Informatics Institute of Technology and the University of Westminster, completed in June 2021.
