Vaibhav Kumar

Vaibhav Kumar currently serves as Senior Vice President of Technology at IFS since January 2024, leading the technology group within R&D to enhance platform, experience, and AI capabilities for product teams. Previously, Vaibhav held various leadership roles at Shell from October 2010 to January 2024, including Chief Architect for Shell Renewables & Energy Solutions and Head of DigITal for Shell's European Power & Gas Energy Retail. Vaibhav has extensive experience in digital solutions, software development, and strategic advisory roles, contributing to significant business growth and innovation across Shell's operations. Vaibhav holds a Master of Science in Business Administration specializing in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business, both from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
