Luis Martinez is a food and beverage executive with over 18 years of experience in driving innovation and profitable growth within the industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of R&D and Commercialization at Rubix Foods, Luis leads initiatives that align technical excellence with strategic business goals. As a board member and Suppliers Night Chair for the Florida IFT since 2013, they have played a crucial role in achieving section excellence and significantly enhancing expo revenue and attendance. Luis has previously held key positions at Rubix Foods, The Coca-Cola Company, and Darifair Foods, where they spearheaded the development of numerous successful products across various categories. They hold a Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Florida, complemented by a minor in Agribusiness Management.
