Arifa Tan is the founder and Group CEO of IFT Group. Arifa has previously worked for Solutif, Karuna Baruna Nusantara, PT. Gema Inovasi Teknologi, PT Drife Solusi Integrasi, PT. IDStar Cipta Teknologi, PT Orbit Nasional Edukasi, Ikatan Alumni Bina Nusantara, PT Menumate Indonesia, PHINCON, Mitra Teknologi Kreasi, and Ika binus. Arifa has also served as the President of Yayasan Gema Kasih dan Harapan from July 2016 to June 2018.
Arifa Tan has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Universitas Bina Nusantara (Binus) and a Master of Education (MPd) in Education from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). Arifa is also Siebel Certified in Siebel Essential 7.7 from Oracle University. As a coach, they have a certification in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Newfield Asia. Arifa also has a certification in Business Administration and Management, General, from Cxo rapid.
