Danny Ng is the Founder and CEO of Solutif and has over 15 years of experience in IT, with expertise in Customer Experience, CRM, and Contact Center solutions, particularly within Oracle Siebel, Salesforce, and Genesys platforms. They began their career as a Technical Architect and have since expanded their skills to include product development, presales, business development, and sales management across multiple industries. Currently serving as CMO and CSO for IFT Group, Danny's comprehensive IT background and sales experience enable them to understand and enhance the entire customer journey. Danny earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitas Bina Nusantara.
