Laylaa A.

Laylaa A. is currently the Network & Legal Services Counsel at If/When/How, where they provide legal support and advocacy. They previously served as a Staff Attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County and the Center for New York City Neighborhoods, along with a brief tenure as a Temp. Staff Attorney at the New York Legal Assistance Group. From 2014 to 2016, Laylaa worked as a Community Advocate at Chinese for Affirmative Action, and they have held summer positions at Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP and the Advancement Project. Laylaa earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by a Doctor of Law from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
