Liz Cha is an experienced recruiting consultant with a substantial background in talent acquisition and project management. Currently serving as a Recruiting Consultant at If/When/How since September 2019, Liz has previously held roles at Fitz-Roy & Associates, KOYA Leadership Partners, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and Fulbright & Jaworski. Liz's expertise encompasses building teams for organizations focused on impactful missions and addressing complex challenges. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wheaton College Massachusetts and is a graduate of Bronx Science High School.
