Benjamin-Immanuel Hoff

Benjamin-Immanuel Hoff is currently the Ressortleiter Grundsatzfragen & Gesellschaftspolitik at IG Metall and has three decades of experience in politics, administration, and culture. They have held significant roles including President of the Deutsches Nationalkomitee für Denkmalschutz and Minister for Culture, Federal and European Affairs in Thüringen. Hoff has also served as a Honorarprofessor at Alice Salomon Hochschule Berlin and as a Visiting Practitioner Fellow at the University of Sussex, contributing extensively to reform processes in various sectors. They are the host of the podcast "Kunst der Freiheit" and are passionate about art, culture, and outdoor activities, while being a parent of three children.
