Andy Knighton has extensive experience in process analysis and consultancy, beginning a career at Skandia from 1987 to 2006 in various roles including Administrator, Team Leader, and Assistant Manager across customer services and marketing. Following this, Andy worked as a Lean Process Consultant, supporting internal initiatives to implement Lean principles. From July 2012 to July 2015, Andy served as a Lean Process Analyst at Friends Life UK, focusing on finance-related reporting challenges. Subsequently, from July 2015 to August 2017, Andy led the SII Data Governance workstream at Canada Life, developing frameworks for data assessments. Currently, Andy is a Process Consultant at IG and a Senior Business Process Analyst at LV=, continuing to lead initiatives in process improvement and documentation. Education includes attendance at Brockenhurst College from 1985 to 1987.
