At Lloyds Banking Group, Cydney worked on various audits related to operational risk and contributed to complex change assurance reviews. Cydney is skilled in planning audits, evaluating risks and controls, reporting, and providing improvement recommendations. Cydney also has experience in leadership roles focusing on CSR and Diversity & Inclusion. Cydney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Southampton.
