Geeta Sood is a strategic and commercially driven Global People Leader, currently serving as the Global Head of HR at IG Group and a Non-Executive Director at Crown Card Services. With extensive experience in HR transformation, leadership development, and business growth, Sood has previously held key roles at Apple, Skimlinks, Google, YouGov, and Abacum. Sood’s expertise includes designing high-impact people strategies that align with commercial objectives, fostering high-performance cultures, and driving organizational change. Currently pursuing multiple advanced degrees in Employment Law and Mathematics from University College Dublin, as well as a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management and an MBA in HR, Sood is passionate about unlocking workforce potential through data-driven decision-making and coaching expertise.
