Hannah Reid is a strategic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as Chief of Staff for IG Group. In this role, Hannah collaborates closely with the executive team to drive business transformation and enhance client servicing. Previously, they held various leadership positions within IG, including Head of Daily FX Europe and Head of Client Conversion & Retention, where they focused on revenue growth and client experience. Hannah's background includes significant roles at Bloomberg LP and the Royal Opera House, as well as an educational foundation from the University of St Andrews, where they graduated with a first-class degree in French and Spanish.
