Judith M.

Judith M. currently serves as the Interim Head of Reward at IG Group since March 2025. Prior to this role, Judith has been the Managing Director of Reward Consulting Services at Reward Intelligence Limited since January 2019. Judith's experience includes leadership positions such as Head of Reward & Global Mobility at Wise from November 2022 to March 2025, Head of Reward at Novia Financial Plc from September 2021 to November 2022, and Reward Consultant at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team for a brief period in 2021. Judith holds a First-Class Honours degree in Production & Operations Management from the University of Nottingham, completed in January 2001.
