Maciej Kusy is a QA Developer at IG Group, with experience in creating automated tests for stock market trading applications, deploying tests using Jenkins, and collaborating with development teams on bug reporting and regression testing. Previously, Maciej served as a Team Leader at Genpact, managing a team of 30 agents in a machine learning project, and held various leadership roles at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, focusing on IT solution implementation and user acceptance testing. Earlier in the career, Maciej worked at Capgemini in financial and accounting roles and supported cash collection efforts at Alior Bank S.A. Maciej holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Uniwersytet Pedagogiczny im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie.
