Marina Bokserman, MBA, is a Founding Member and CHRO at The People Collective, where they foster connections among HR professionals in the Chicagoland area. Currently serving as the Interim Head of HR for North America at IG Group, they support a global Fintech organization. Previously, Marina held various leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Renovo Financial and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Guaranteed Rate. They began their career as an HR Analyst at Hewitt and have since accumulated extensive experience in HR leadership, organizational design, and talent strategy. Marina is also pursuing an MBA from Roosevelt University while holding a Bachelor of Science in Management from DePaul University.
