Matt MacKlin

Matt Macklin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the sector. Currently serving as Managing Director for APAC and ME at IG Group since October 2018, Matt Macklin also holds the position of CEO for the UK, APAC, and Emerging Markets and previously was the Head of UK. Prior to IG Group, Matt Macklin was with CMC Markets from September 2012 to October 2018 as Head of Europe. Earlier in his career, Matt Macklin spent time at IG from 2004 to May 2012, where roles included Group Head of Trading Services, Group Head of Sales Trading, and Futures Dealer. Matt Macklin earned a Bachelor of Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Loughborough University between 1997 and 2001.
