Ron Langtiw has over two decades of experience in various roles within IT service management and customer success. Currently serving as a Service Manager at IG Group since March 2022, Ron has previously held positions including Customer Success Manager at Prodly and Manager of the IT Service Desk at CCC Information Services. As the owner and illustrator at Kirin Rise Studios, LLC since April 2012, Ron combines creative expertise with technical knowledge gained from roles at Bank of America and Blue Cross Blue Shield, where significant contributions were made in change management and process analysis. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
