Sam Irwin

Sam Irwin has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Client Management for the UK at IG Group since November 2007. In this role, Sam oversees a team of senior relationship managers to enhance revenue growth and client satisfaction, achieving significant double-digit year-over-year growth. Previous positions at IG Group include Head of Sales Performance, where Sam developed a global sales oversight team, and Head of Sales for UK & Ireland, where strategic initiatives led to increased sales and the establishment of new sales functions. Sam began a career at Sporting Group as a Telephone Dealer and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from The University of Sheffield.
