Gerda Meltti

Gerda Meltti has extensive experience in event management, currently serving as the Head of Events Operations at iGaming NEXT since November 2017. In this role, Gerda oversees financial monitoring, forecasting, logistics, and the seamless execution of major events such as HR Connect and iGaming Idol, while also managing health and safety, procurement, and marketing departments. Prior to this, Gerda held positions including Head of Events Operations at PEI - Alternative Insight, where responsibilities encompassed budget management for high-value international events and logistical execution. Gerda's foundational experience in the hospitality industry includes roles at Bulgari Hotels & Resorts London, complemented by a BA (Hons) in Event Management from the University of West London and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Kaunas University of Applied Sciences.
