Ruth McDonald is a seasoned leader in sustainability, technical services, and corporate affairs within the manufacturing and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Technical, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer at Greencore, Ruth has held significant roles including Corporate Services Director at Morrisons and General Manager of Product, Quality and Sustainability at Woolworths Group. Ruth’s extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Samworth Brothers, Tesco, and United Biscuits, among others. In addition, Ruth is a Board Member at fiin and a Trustee of the IGD. Ruth is pursuing a degree in Microbiology from The University of Edinburgh.
