Jason Mafera is the Field CTO, North America at IGEL. Jason has over 20 years of experience in product and sales engineering and customer success. Jason has been with IGEL for 2 years and has been a critical part of the team that has successfully launched Sales Engineering and Customer Success organizations. Jason has also overseen the Pre-Sales to POC to Post-sales onboarding processes. Prior to joining IGEL, Jason was with Tausight for 3 years, where they contributed to the successful launch of Sales Engineering and Customer Success organizations. Jason also transitioned from a core product focus to preparing for customer engagements. Jason has also delivered successful design partner and beta programs leading to critical field learnings and iterations in preparation for MVP release.
