Krystal G. serves as the Director of Global Events at IGEL Technology since February 2025, bringing extensive experience in event management and strategic planning. Prior roles include Senior Event Manager and Event Manager at Kaseya, where Krystal was responsible for managing global user conferences, overseeing budgets, vendor negotiations, and enhancing customer experiences. Previous experience includes Event Manager at Agency Be, where creative proposal development and logistical execution were key responsibilities, and Meetings and Events Manager at OZUM, leading MICE projects to profitability. Earlier career roles include Executive Assistant to the CFO at Spanish Broadcasting System and Account Coordinator at Seoanes Levison Advertising. Krystal holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, as well as an Associate of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miami Dade College.
