Maggie Reiter

Maggie Reiter has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Maggie is currently the Director of ServiceNow - Jira - DevOps at IGEL Technology, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director - ServiceNow at the same company.

Before joining IGEL Technology, Maggie worked at Railsbank as the Head of Global Service & Support from 2020 to 2021. Maggie also had a brief stint at Wirecard as the Head of Global Issuing Support in 2020.

Maggie's previous experience includes a role as the Head of Global Support at Knauf from 2018 to 2020, where they successfully implemented and restructured support systems to improve efficiency and reduce backlog. Maggie also served as the Technology Shared Services Manager at Linklaters in 2017, where they built and implemented a shared services program.

Earlier in their career, Maggie worked at Fujitsu in various roles, including Global Shared Services Manager and Service Desk Operations Manager. Maggie was responsible for creating policies, managing service desks, and achieving high SLA compliance rates.

Maggie's career started at Home Entertainment Design, where they worked as an Operations Manager from 2004 to 2010.

Maggie Reiter holds a Master's degree in International Business from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which was completed in 2012. Maggie also obtained a Bachelor's degree from John Jay College Of Criminal Justice, although the field of study is unspecified. Additionally, Maggie has acquired several certifications, including Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management, and others, from Thomson Reuters. Maggie also holds certifications in ServiceNow Fundamentals and Global Service Delivery Management from SPOC - ServiceNow Silver Services Partner and Fujitsu, respectively. Other certifications include Kepner Tregoe, ITIL Foundation, Risk Management, and ServiceNow ITSM Implementation.
