Steve Hurd

Steve Hurd has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steve started their career in 2004 at Convergys as a Technical Support/Customer Service Representative and later became a Technical Support Supervisor. In 2007, they joined E.med Inc. as a Technical Account Manager, where they were responsible for compliance in healthcare. Steve then worked at Research In Motion as a Technical Sales Account Manager from 2008 to 2010. Steve then joined VMware as a Sales Engineer, specializing in channel sales. Steve joined HP in 2012 as a Channel Presales Technical Consultant, focusing on client virtualization, and stayed there until 2019. Currently, they are with IGEL Technology as a Sales Engineer and the Team Lead for the Commercial Engineering team in North America.

Steve Hurd obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Utah State University between 2004 and 2006. Steve also holds various certifications, including IGEL Certified Engineer, IGEL Certified Professional, IGEL Certified Sales Professional, and VMware Certified Professional 4/5/5.5/6-DTM.
