Susnato later pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology. In addition, they obtained certifications such as President's Club from IGEL Technology in 2023, Certified Support Manager from Service Strategies in 2013, Six Sigma in 2013, and ITIL V3 from ITIL in 2010.
