Eugenio Monteleone

Eugenio Monteleone is the SVP of Operations at iGenius. Prior to joining iGenius, Eugenio worked as a management consultant at Accenture for four years. During their time at Accenture, Eugenio served as the functional lead on multiple cross-border projects for a Global Pharmaceutical Company. Eugenio was also responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Planning, Budgeting, Reporting and Analytics solutions. In addition, Eugenio was the primary point of contact for BT, Business and Support Teams.

Eugenio has been responsible for major results in the past 12 months, including delivering three global Forecast/Budget applications for the R&D Client Division that became benchmarks and are currently being sold to other divisions. Eugenio has also improved business process efficiency up to 200% and automated 100% of the data manipulation, exchange and reconciliation processes with external systems.

In addition to their work at Accenture, Eugenio is the creator and lead of an internal program for multiple initiatives aiming to create/improve skills for key technologies (e.g. Blockchain/AI) to generate business use cases (46 ideas generated), increase commitment and sense of belonging for the company (+37%), and create a direct channel between top management and junior resources (Initiative evaluation 4,5/5). Eugenio is also directly involved in the relationship between the company and universities to recruit best talents and leverage out-of-the-box thinking to generate innovation.

Eugenio Monteleone completed a Master of Science (MS) in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology at Università Bocconi, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at COPPEAD UFRJ, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Università Bocconi. Eugenio also participated in an exchange program at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
