Michael Santarossa

Michael Santarossa has a diverse work experience that starts from a Process Engineer role at Youredo S.r.l, where they implemented an ERP software for e-commerce and logistics management. Michael then went on to work as a teaching assistant for various courses in Health Economics, Welfare and Market Regulation, and Stata at the Universitá degli Studi di Bergamo for several years. Thereafter, they worked as a Business Analyst at SIA S.p.A., where they dealt with payment cards and account setup and maintenance processes. Michael then joined Blue Reply as a Business Analyst, where they collected business requirements for the operations team of one of Italy's largest banks. At INTWIG, they worked as a Data Manager responsible for managing data. In 2023, they will start working as a Solution Engineer at iGenius.

Michael Santarossa began their education in 2010 by pursuing a degree in Ingegneria Gestionale (Management Engineering) from Università degli Studi di Brescia. Michael completed their undergraduate degree in 2013. Later, they attended Università degli Studi di Bergamo from 2014 to 2016 to pursue Laurea Magistrale (LM) in Management Engineering. Michael then joined Università di Pavia in 2016 to work towards their PhD in Applied Economics, which lasted until 2020. In 2019, they worked as a visiting researcher at USI Università della Svizzera italiana. Along with their academic education, they obtained additional certifications such as Machine Learning Fundamentals with Python Track and Data Scientist with Python Track from DataCamp in 2020. Besides that, they also completed IELTS Academic Module with a score of 7.0/9 (C1) from British Council in 2014.
