Frédéric Prado

Frédéric PRADO currently serves as the Human Resources Director at IGE+XAO since October 2022. Prior to this role, Frédéric founded SERENDEEP, providing coaching, HR consulting, and interim executive services from July 2015 to September 2022. Frédéric also held the position of HR Director at 2s 2i Solutions & Services from March 2012 to June 2015, and worked as a Transversal Manager for Schneider Electric from August 2008 to February 2012, contributing to projects involving the maintenance and assessment of electrical assets. Earlier in the career, Frédéric was the HR & Business Development Manager at Amaris, where responsibilities included HR management, career management, training, business development, recruitment, and team building from July 2005 to July 2008, and served as IT Software Manager at Partners Informatique from October 2000 to June 2005. Frédéric holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a Chemistry Master’s degree from USTL Montpellier 2, along with a coaching qualification from Linkup Coaching School.
