Ilda Theka, PhD, MBA, is the Managing Director of IGES Pharma Italy and a seasoned healthcare manager with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector. They previously served as a Research Scientist at the San Raffaele Biomedical Science Park, where they developed innovative methods for obtaining functional human dopaminergic neurons, and as a Biomedical Scientist at the Centre for Genomic Regulation, leading R&D projects in stem cells and regenerative medicine. Ilda has also contributed to various roles at Alira Health and serves as a member/advisor for BioExpert Network, evaluating innovative start-up proposals in pharma and biotech. Currently, Ilda pursues continued education at MIT Professional Education.
