Edward Walker

Edward Walker, MBA, has extensive experience in both culinary and business management. Currently serving as an Account Executive for International Gourmet Foods since July 2017, Edward previously owned Street Hero, where Banh Mi sandwiches were sold at the Charleston Farmers Market from April 2012 to July 2017. Prior to that, Edward held the position of Purchasing Manager at EDMC from February 2009 to July 2017 and worked as Executive Chef at Southend Brewery and Smokehouse from January 2006 to January 2009. Edward holds a Master of Business Administration from Argosy University and a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the Art Institute of Charleston, as well as a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
