Chris Wormald

Chris Wormald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in board membership and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as a Board Member for multiple organizations, including Vena Medical, Lending Loop, Smile.io, Intellijoint Surgical Inc., Igloo Software, and Mappedin, Chris also holds the position of Publisher for Waterloo Tech Highlights, which features insights into private tech companies within the Waterloo Region. As the Founder of Innovation Asset Collective and veramito Inc., Chris focuses on investing in innovative local companies and provides expertise in technology licensing and transactions. Chris obtained a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
