John Kavanagh

John Kavanagh has a wealth of work experience spanning over 30 years. John began their career in 1989 with various roles and then moved on to Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated in 1998 where they held the roles of Development Engineer, Team Manager (Adobe FrameMaker) and Software Support Engineer. In 2004, they joined Sykes Assistance Services Inc. as Global IS Data Services Manager. Most recently, they have been a BI Developer at Igloo Software since 2013.

John Kavanagh holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University, a Corporate Communications Diploma from Seneca College, and an Applied Information Technology Diploma from the Information Technology Institute. John began their studies in 1987 at York University, then continued at Seneca College in 1989, and finally at the Information Technology Institute in 1998.
