Laura Mills has a diverse range of work experience. Laura is currently working at Igloo Vision as the Head of Marketing, a role they assumed in October 2022. Laura also ran for the position of Activities Officer Exec Candidate, managing a Facebook page and running competitions during the campaign. Additionally, Laura served as a Student Coordinator for English Language for Education, organizing events and overseeing the Peer Mentoring scheme.

At the start of their career, Laura gained experience as a Journalist's Assistant during a work experience placement with freelance journalist Jane Garner.
