Theo Penty

Theo Penty has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Theo started their career in 2006 as a Project Manager at IVS Group Ltd, where they worked until 2011. Theo then joined Arvato Systems as a Customer Support Representative for a brief period. In 2012, they became a Teacher at Richard Atkins Primary School and continued in this role until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Theo worked as a Teacher at Keyworth Primary and Nursery School, followed by a year as a KS2 Teacher at Thakeham Primary School. In 2018, they transitioned to the business development field, taking on the role of Business Development Manager at Igloo Vision. Within Igloo Vision, Theo progressed to become the Head of Educational Business Development EMEA & North America in March 2021. Additionally, they were also a Project Development Coordinator at FolkEast LTD from 2014 to 2018.

Theo Penty obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern History from the University of East Anglia, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education with a focus on Primary Education at St Mary's University, Twickenham. Additionally, Theo Penty obtained the certification for "The Fundamentals Of Digital Marketing" from The Open University in 2019.
