John Bert Flores has worked in customer service roles since 2015. John Bert began their career at Convergys as a Customer Care Professional, where they developed expertise in customer care, SAP knowledge, and logical and critical-thinking skills. In 2018, they moved to Citius Solutions Corporation as a Researcher, where they dealt with property agents, managers, and directors from different apartment and housing complexes across the US. In 2019, they joined TDCX as a Support Ambassador, working on a project for a well-known hospitality and travel brand.
