Bella Fitzpatrick

Executive Director at IGLYO

Bella Fitzpatrick is the Executive Director at IGLYO. Bella has also served as the Executive Director at ShoutOut from July 2016 to January 2019, and as a researcher and project coordinator at OutRight Action International from January 2019 to July 2019.

Bella has extensive experience in working with LGBTIQ people and advocating for their rights. Bella has carried out research projects looking at the legislative status of Conversion Therapy in around the globe and has also worked training and coordinating the Religion Fellows, who are activists from around the world coming to the UN to advocate for their communities.

Bella has spent significant time in the United Nations, helping coordinate advocacy throughout vital events. Bella has also helped coordinate OutRight's group marching at World Pride, on the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots. Bella is passionate about fighting for the rights of LGBTIQ people and will continue to do so in their role as Executive Director at IGLYO.

Bella Fitzpatrick has a Bachelor of Arts in Medicinal Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin. Bella also has a certification from SureSkills in PRINCE2.
