Cedric Duprez

Cedric Duprez is an expert in database management at IGN (Institut national de l'information géographique et forestière), where they have worked since 2015, focusing on database modeling and administration, as well as statistical forestry. With a background as a database manager for the National Forest Inventory from 2007 to 2011, Cedric also held various roles, including responsible for statistics and IT management at the Centre de Recherche, d'Expertise et de Contrôle des Eaux de Paris from 2003 to 2007. They have been active in the development community as a writer and moderator on SGBD and R since 2007. Cedric holds an engineering degree in agronomy with a specialization in environmental engineering and hydrology from École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Rennes, which they obtained between 1995 and 1998.
