David Perlbarg has held significant roles at the IGN (Institut national de l'information géographique et forestière) from 2019 to 2022, including chef adjoint du service des partenariats et des relations institutionnelles and chef adjoint du Service de l’imagerie spatiale. Prior to that, they served as a geospatial intelligence manager at the Ministère de la Défense from 2004 to 2017.
