Didier Richard

Didier Richard is currently the Chef de département Architecture et Méthodes at the Ministère de la Transition écologique, where they have been promoting innovation and agile practices in digital services since 2020. Prior to this role, Didier held various positions at the Institut national de l'information géographique et forestière, including Head of IT/IS Skills Center and Head of IGN's Geoportal Technical Department, where they managed IT teams and contributed to IS/IT training. Didier earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Géomatique from the Ecole nationale des Sciences géographiques between 1983 and 1986.
