Laurent Toustou

Laurent Toustou is the Head of Offer and Commons at IGN, focusing on maps, data, services, and public policy. They held various academic positions, including lecturer roles at Université de Montpellier, ICN Business School, and Université Paris-Dauphine, where they taught courses on economics and regulation in telecommunications. Laurent has also served as Co-chair of the ad-hoc working group on sustainability for BEREC and was Head of the "Data-driven regulation" unit at Arcep. They earned multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Telecommunications Management from Université Paris Dauphine and a Master’s in International Affairs from Sciences Po Toulouse.
