Vincent Caillard is currently the Chef du Service de l'Imagerie Spatiale at the Institut national de l'information géographique et forestière, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Vincent was a Geospatial Project Manager at IGN from 2016 to 2022 and worked as a Development Engineer at the French Mapping Agency from 2004 to 2007. Vincent also undertook a Research and Development Internship at Northern Research Institute in 2004. They earned an engineering degree from Ecole nationale des Sciences géographiques in 2004 and completed a Master 2 at Université Paul Sabatier (Toulouse III) in 2004.
