Lulu Zhang has worked as an Office Administrator for Ignatica since 2021, and is currently an Administration Manager for Satori Research since 2022.

Lulu Zhang obtained a Master of Science in China Business Studies from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from The University of Queensland between 2009 and 2010.
