Sebastian Koepp has over 15 years of work experience. Sebastian began their career in 2005 as an Internship as Commercial Assistant at BEAG AG. In 2009, they moved to M&A Property Investors as a Junior Business Analyst. In 2010, they worked as an Attaché - Economic and European Affairs at the Swiss Embassy. Sebastian then worked as a Business Analyst at Enswico AG in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Business Broker AG as a Business Broker / M&A Consultant. In 2015, they worked as a Consulting / Projectleader M&A at Coop. In 2016, they founded DKG Consulting klg in the field of fiduciary and financial accounting. In 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer at NEEO AG. In 2019, they worked as Senior Transition Manager at Control4 and CFO at Ignatica.

Sebastian Koepp obtained a Master of Arts HSG in Economics from the University of St.Gallen from 2013 to 2015. Sebastian also obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from the same university from 2010 to 2015. In May 2019, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
